Choose your route, set your pace and enjoy the freedom of cycling along the quiet lanes of some of Ceredigon's most scenic coastline and inland through the towns and villages of the Aeron Valley. Much of Ceredigion's coastline is designated Heritage Coast, with some sections in National Trust hands. Inland, the Nant yr Arian Visitor Centre near Aberystwyth is one of Wales's best mountain biking spots. Three rides of about 10 miles, and two of about 20. Colour pictures and useful info included.
