The Sperrins Region is an area of AONB located in the west of Northern Ireland. It stretches from the Donegal border in the west, to Lough Neagh in the east and the Atlantic shores in the north. The natural asset of the mountain range mixed with unspoilt landscape make this one of the most idyllic geographical areas of rural Ireland. This map will allow you to plan your own routes but is also complimented by 12 cicrcular routes varying in distance from 17km - 66km (11 miles to 41 miles)
