All transaction information passed between our online shop and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.
You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

UK - All single map purchases and zero value items will be sent 1st class at £1.50 per order (applies to UK orders only).
All other orders will be sent 2nd class 10% of total order value with a £2.50 minimum.
Europe - 20% of order value with a £3 minimum.
Rest of world - 30% of order value with a £4 minimum.

If you have received any part of your order either damaged, in poor condition, or incorrect to what was ordered, please email us, with ‘urgent’ in the subject, and stating your order number, to: customerservices@sustrans.org.uk
We will endeavour to replace your order with brand new goods immediately, exchange for a different item, or issue a full refund please see returns and refunds.
Sustrans will accept back and offer a full refund on all goods that have been purchased from us and that are returned in good condition, with no questions asked (excluding postage and packaging).
Sustrans will also accept back all goods that are faulty or that are deemed by you to be not of satisfactory quality, not fit for their purpose or not matching their description offering a full refund (including postage and packaging).

The discount is only available to UK supporters, and individuals. The discount available to supporters is limited to a maximum order value of £60 per year. Unfortunately this is a requirement of HMRC in order that we can continue to claim gift aid on donations. The maximum applies regardless of whether or not you have made a gift aid declaration in respect of your donations.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

We collect only information which you give to us via email, the various forms on the website, via telephone or postal mail. Some information is gathered when you make a donation, sign up to a campaign, take part in an online survey, or sign up to receive email updates.
