In stock - This title is currently in stock and available for next working day despatch* if ordered before 3pm (orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Tuesday). Please note that this applies to UK based customers only.
Low Stock - At this time only a limited number of this item are currently in stock. Next working day despatch* cannot be guaranteed.
On Order - This item is a current title temporarily out of stock. As soon as stock is replenished it will be offered on line once again for ordering. Occasionally items showing as 'on order' may be out of print or discontinued, where this is the case we try to note this in the product description, or remove the item as soon as possible.

UK - All single map purchases will be sent 1st class (next working day despatch*) at £1.50 per order. Please allow 2 or 3 days for delivery (orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Tuesday).
All other orders will be sent 2nd class (next working day despatch*) at 10% of total order value with a £2.50 minimum. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery (orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Tuesday).
Europe - 20% of order value with a £3 minimum. Delivery times will vary according to destination.
Rest of world - 30% of order value with a £4 minimum. Delivery times will vary according to destination.
*Next working day despatch means that orders placed before 3pm will be put in the post from our mailing house on the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Friday after 3pm will be despatched on the Tuesday.
Please ring 0845 113 0065, weekdays 9.30am - 2.00pm, to arrange for same day despatch or courier delivery. This service is only available in the UK and where the goods are in stock, prices to be confirmed with each order.
If you have received any part of your order either damaged, in poor condition, or incorrect to what was ordered, please email us, with ‘urgent’ in the subject, and stating your order number, to: customerservices@sustrans.org.uk
We will endeavour to replace your order with brand new goods immediately, exchange for a different item, or issue a full refund please see returns and refunds.
We hope you are pleased with your purchases. Should you wish to return any items to Sustrans we will accept back and offer a full refund on all items that have been purchased from us providing they are unused and in a fully re-saleable condition, excluding postage and packaging, within 28 days from the date of despatch.
Sustrans reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item that is not in a re-saleable condition. If the product is faulty, damaged or not matching the description, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We can only refund faulty items within 90 days of the despatch date.
